Gary is a Director and co-founder of SRCPM and is responsible for the delivery of cost and project management services. He takes a hands-on approach to each commission.
Gary has more than 30 years of experience delivering cost and project management services for both the public and private sector clients, working for both multi-national consultants and regional developers.
Over his career Gary has delivered projects across a variety of sectors including industry, utilities, infrastructure, education, retail, commercial, leisure and housing. Gary also has experience using various forms of contract including IChemE, NEC, JCT, GCWorks, PPC and bespoke forms.
